Eastbluff Pilates offers sixty minute private, semi-private, and small-group classes for people of all ages and fitness levels.


Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strengthen muscles, and boost endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Pilates’ flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced and intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. Overall, Pilates enhances core strength and brings increased reach, flexibility, sure-footedness and agility.

Eastbluff Pilates offers sessions utilizing the Pilates Reformer (pictured on the right). The Reformer is an amazingly elegant machine that provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility. With our small class sizes, instructors at Eastbluff Pilates are able to provide custom tailored programs to meet your individual fitness needs.

Barre sessions utilize a ballet barre to provide low-weight, high-rep exercises to sculpt muscles. Barre workouts promote firm arms, high and tight derrières, lean legs, and regal posture.
